At Oishani Creation, we aim to deliver your favorite modest and fashionable items right to your doorstep—safely, quickly, and reliably. Please read our Shipping and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver all over Bangladesh via trusted courier services.

2. Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 2-4 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3-6 working days

  • Delivery time may vary slightly due to holidays or unavoidable circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order:

  • You will receive a confirmation call or SMS within 24 hours.

  • Orders without phone verification may be canceled automatically.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service across Bangladesh. Please ensure:

  • You are available at the given address

  • The contact number is active during delivery

🔄 RETURN POLICY

We accept returns or exchanges only under certain conditions:

1. Eligible Reasons for Return

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Size mismatch (if clearly proven with no fault on customer’s side)

2. Return Conditions

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • You must share photo/video proof while reporting

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Color differences due to lighting/screen resolution

  • Custom orders or altered products

  • Items bought on sale or offer

  • Items returned after 48 hours

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us via phone/email/WhatsApp with your order number

  2. Provide necessary photo/video proof

  3. We will review and confirm eligibility

  4. You need to return the product at your own shipping cost

  5. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a replacement or refund

💸 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval

  • Refunds are made through bKash/Nagad or original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
